The more you practice the better you’ll feel, so be sure to practice again tomorrow. This class will warm you up, stretch and strengthen your whole body. It’s a work-out and a work-in. As you focus on your breathing your mind will become quieter. As you quiet your mind, you’ll be in the present moment and that’s where the magic happens!
